[Suggestion] Make it so you cannot have more than one 3oC active at a time
Threads continue to come in where users are confused about how the 3oC consumable stacks. Some think (incorrectly) that you pop multiple 3oC at a time to get the stack effect. The correct method is of course, pop 1, kill boss, pop another, kill boss, repeat.
Ultimately there are a lot of people wasting 3oC because the instructions were not clear to them. Sure that's their bad, ultimately, but Bungie please make it so that you cannot pop multiple 3oC at a time. Uninformed people are wasting their coins for no reason. Doing this will help those poor souls.

It shouldn't even say stackable in the description if you can't actually stack the effect. That's a load of bullshit and its completely misleading! That's not a stackable effect, its a one-time effect that happens only when you use it! [b][i][u]Which is very fuucking different[/u][/i][/b]

I feel like they should decrease the time between when it is in effect and also give us a timer for when we can use it again without a nerf. Some of the lower level strikes I can blaze through in less than 5 minutes and I really don't know whether it wouldn't work because I went through too fast or whether I just didn't get a drop
