IB gear = fake 310s!
IB gear = fake 310s which means you are booted from my fireteam.
IB gear drops at 280 so you will have to infuse your way to 310 which isn't worth it. Plus using IB gear in the raid is worthless anyways.
Edit: only true year one vets know what I am saying. See all the salt posted below!
Edit 2: updated satire tag. Salt game is strong!

Still has a way better look than last 2 raids + PoE... I would infuse my VoG gear to 310 if it was possible, its the only good looking one!!!
