How do you like your eggs?
It's 11:30pm and I'm making eggs. So how do you like yours? I like mine sunny side up and a bit runny slapping it on top of buttered toast. I like to see the yolk drip and soak my toast. Mmmm mmm.
They say you can tell a lot by a person by how they take there eggs. So over easy, hard boiled, or scrambled? The possiblilities are endless.

My father used to make egg sandwiches, a folded piece of buttered toast with generously peppered scrambled eggs in it. He normally adds things like jelly, bacon, grits (that word sounds too southern...), etc. But, like many other sandwiches, I just have the bread, the main thing in the sandwich, and maybe some condiments. That said I've never actually had any other types, so scrambled is my favorite because it's all I've ever had.
