I think they need a buff. In PVE the amount of orbs they create compared to a night stalker is ridiculous.
When taking on a yellow bar captain or similar it can take almost your whole super.
So buff it I say.

WHY NOT COMBINE THEM? Use nightstalker to tether a group of enemies and have the sunbreaker kill everything. Did it during a nightfall and wrecked shit!
