Don't mean to be that guy but... They said they were waiting on more data for HoS. (which is curious, maybe they aren't finding it to be that op? they should have the relevant data by now.) I wouldn't really count a glitch as making a class op or unethical. Its merely a glitch and not intended. Those who abuse it could be said to be unethical though. You're last point is subjective so I don't really see a problem there.
