I never received the Veteran's Tour quest
I purchased The Dark Below, House of Wolves, and The Taken King on the PlayStation store (PlayStation 4), and I never received the Veteran's Tour quest, and subsequently never got the deceptive engram.
I have been playing Destiny since its release in 2014: is this why I don't qualify for these rewards?
