Stormcallers are balanced. I just dislike dealing with them. My big annoyance is that everyone compares HoS to other supers and says "look, this is clearly op" when subclass balance is based on, you guessed it, subclasses as a whole. Yes, HoS, compared to other supers is rather strong in pvp. But sunbreaker as a whole only needs a few tweaks. And that's ignoring the fact that PvE is still a balance point
