Well I don't think beating storm caller is very easily beaten when in IB because of the chaos but in ToO I see what you mean. So I'm not saying I totally agree but they certainly aren't as hard to kill as GG or HoS. My main problem with them is getting killed around corners because of the curse of the blue berries chaining the lighting around the corner to me where I'm crouched with a shotgun around the corner waiting.
