Yes but your stationary during nova bomb and there is a draw back time. Hammer can be thrown instantly.

HoS has an activation time, and nothing it does is truly quiet

Um no it doesnt. You activate your super and just spam throw hammers, no skill involved.

When you activate it, it has a delay, just like blade dancer, gunslinger, and stormcaller. That's where the cling comes in

It's the same amount of time you get to get away from a nova bomb. After the clang you should avoid the Titan. You wouldn't reengage a blade dancer or stormtrance would you?
