What you are requesting is impossible given the fundamental design of the grimoire system. Consider the people who, for whatever reason possessed them to do so, created 3 hunter characters. There is no differentiation in grimoire between characters, so the only way to divide the calcified fragments grimoire over multiple characters would be through the guardian class cards. Such a solution would not help anyone with multiple characters of a single class. Moreover, to adequately address your concern, the entire grimoire system would have to be totally overhauled as a per-character concept, which is wholly unwarranted.
That said, I would suggest running the character that has the furthest fragment progression (viewable from the planetary director view of the Dreadnaught) through each one of the 47 known fragment locations/acquisition methods. Please keep in mind that several fragments are unavailable during particular weeks or are only available during specific nightfalls. There are also three calcified fragments (I believe they are 43-45) for which no one has yet found a way to acquire.
Please note that I, too, have calcified fragments I am trying to acquire on my main character that I have already acquired on one of my alts. I do sympathize, and even empathize, with the situation you are in. There are no shortcuts in this particular hunt once you have acquired a fragment on one character and wish to acquire it on another character, so stick with it!
