45 fragments on one guardian since you may collect with other two guardians the fragments are not share between accounts like the glimmer and legendary marks.
Do same missions and you can re-find fragments if that guardian didn't find it twice.
I have done second mission again and the mission to fight oryx should find the fragments again....
