Christmas Card 2015 Planning Thread [Bungie employees stay out]

Good morning everyone ^-^ In 2013, Helveck compiled several dozen Bnet user signatures and sent them to Bungie, who promptly put it on their finest mantle in their Bellevue Office. This started a tradition of sorts that #Community has latched onto. Above you can see a picture of the 2014 Christmas card, it was a dressed up scrap book containing ~65 signatures that I compiled and printed off on a budget of about $50. This year we are going to do it again, only I would like to get fancier (which is why I'm making this thread in early September). I don't need your signatures yet, but I do need ideas for the card itself. So, fire away, give me ideas! :D Update: So far we have some suggestions for incorporating emblems into signatures. I like that. I am also wondering about a pop up book... It could be pretty funny, I'd just need to watch some tutorials on it. Maybe a pop up book that starts with some old Bungie lore and a quick look back, then spooky skeletons and darkness, then destiny? Update 1: I have purchased a used book with suitable binding and color scheme for a card :D http://i.imgur.com/S0t7UB2.jpg Cost so far: $7 Update 2: Shipping cost $17. Also bought some glitter glue at one point, which cost $5.

 • The card shouldn't be just a card, ya know? I mean, Bungie have been working their asses off for us in the past year, maybe we should return the favor? (Someone is going to need to draw this...) Perhaps a small poster with a Hunter, Titan, and Warlock all sitting in front of a Christmas tree in the Tower? They each open presents to reveal engrams, strange coins, or even new exotic armor and weapons. Each class can have a different reaction to the gift. For example, the Titan can receive a new pair of No Backup Plans and he/she is trying them on. The Hunter can hold up a newly acquired Hereafter with a joyful expression upon his/her face. And for some humor, the Warlock can hold up a bunch of strange coins and hang his/her head in shame. What each class gets can totally be up to you, I just used those examples off the top of my head. (Also for the signatures, can I make one with Photoshop or something? My script is crap. X3)
