I never played House of Wolves content prior to The Taken King. Most of the HoW Grimoire cards appear to unlock for me (haven't played much Prison of Elders, but what I have played SEEM to unlock - more testing required). However, Gone to Ground and The Ruling House have not unlocked despite completing the storyline. I'm also missing Queen's Emissary - will check if that unlocks when I get to the next rank
