Keep the armor but change the mobility. I only say keep the armor because Titans are suppose to be the "tank" class

Titan does play a tank/dps roll. Hammers being dps. Defender being tank. Nerf health on dps roll is logical

A tank isn't supposed to be that fastest as well. Which makes it invalid to say that
