I get the feeling the reason the warlock is the "most balanced" of them is because they didn't really try to do anything new with it. With the titan they we're trying to create a strong class that felt like a walking (flaming) tank, but because titans have never been that great in crucible they went a bit over board. Also with hunters, this is the first time they've used mechanics such as tethering and the like on a class, hence why there are so many complaints about the speed of shadowshots activation, how much it homes in, how long it lasts, its hyperarmour, etc
Besides that, the hunter i would like to remind everyone, is not the first class of the new ones to have a glitch, but iv'e seen plenty more hate for hunters than i ever saw for the "machine gun hammer" glitch that people discovered (and if you ever had to fall victim to it then i feel your pain) besides that, while yes these problems are considered horrible simply because they're in PVP, the glitches with warlocks were the entire reason that raid teams wouldn't even know how to complete Crota's end normally.
TL;DR: People who are complaining about sunbreakers aren't wrong, but some are a bit extreme, shadowshot isn't the first glitch to pop up, and imo PVE is just as important as PVP
