Not a titan main but I think I have a pretty good solution, move damage reduction to 33% and then put forge master and cauterize in the same column, I'd say that's a pretty fair nerf

Can you be more specific on how you would rearrange the columns? Forgemaster is on the super tree and Cauterize is on the last tree.
