Then stormtrance would need the same nerf to that logic since they're damage reduction is the same.

No it isn't. I have one-shotted StormCallers with my Stare at around 209 damage.

It is, but again, I roll full armor so I don't get killed, those locks you OHK most likely aren't.

Armor stat doesn't affect Damage Resistance. No matter how much armor they spec, 209 will kill them. Health maxes at 200
