The nerf that I mentioned really only impacts the titan. It just makes them a little easier to kill and a little harder to get kills while using its super. The only nerf the warlock would get is slightly less super duration. They would both still be great classes/supers and the slight buff to the nightstalker would make it on par with the others because i think compared to stormcaller and sunbreaker (atleast in pvp) its not as good, and the instant tether would help a lot. The changes to them aren't huge, just small little tweaks that I think would balance things out pretty well. But I could be wrong, which is why I like to discuss that and kind of get others opinions that way I can fairly judge what might be a good option. My main class is titan and i would like to see sunbreaker be the best class forever but it's just kind of silly how good it can be. But the main thing is trying to figure out something everyone can agree on.
