The only issue I find with it right now is the incredible amounts of armor PLUS Cauterize. If they were to lower the armor to 50% from 55%, it would be perfectly balanced

Perfect but I think cauterize should stick around, hunter have always had the health regen after super kills

Yeah, yeah, they don't have to touch Cauterize, it's just the combination of extreme armor and Cauterize, plus the passive armor on chest pieces that makes it a tad too much
