Same shit here...just purchased yesterday and nothing unlocked and stuck on level 34...csnt get anymore experience, this is BULLSHIT. Shows I have it in my account history and purchased but launch game and jack shit everything still locked!!

i fixed it and you prbably need to get the rise of iron or if you have it delete it and redownlaod it
