I'm just sharing so Bungie can also know about this I think it might be because he did not shoot the 3 arrow, he said getting hit by a supressing grenade could be a reason. Honestly, bungie shold remove the perk that allows the 3 shoot arrow until its fixed, like they did with Shot Package on shotguns and replace it wit a temporary perk
