Most people get one exotic every 5 or so three of coins. If that isn't happening to you you're lying or doing it wrong.

Not necessarily.... I've used as many as 15 in a row with zero exotic drops. But then used 5 more the next day and got three exotics in a couple hours.

Then maybe there is truth to the rumor that the RNG is partly assigned on each individual account. You get good RNG, while mine is good but maybe not as good as other's and not as bad as some others

I'm not the one assuming (you know what happens when you ass-u-me, right?) that I have the exact answer and calling others liars over their differing experience with a RNG rewards system. False. I used ~200 3oC before the patch, one at a time, and got an exotic roughly every 7-8 3oCs. Since the patch, the drop rate seems similar.

Using them wrong like I said. Literally every single other person who just uses them normally averages about 5.

No. Who are you to tell me that I'm doing it wrong? I always used 1 at a time. Just look at others' experiences. 1 out of 5 is very lucky. 1 per 7 or 8 is a much more typical.
