Maybe this isn't the right kind of game for him? We need to weigh our strengths and weaknesses and live according to them.

Edited by MadiPPy DADDY: 10/18/2015 7:13:49 PMstrengths and weaknesses have nothing to do with douchebags making fun of their autistic friend. Some people blame republicans, some blame democrats. Others attack races, religions, countries, sexuality. Me? I blame people. People suck. This world doesn't need more or less of political demographic, different race, or sexuality. People need a better moral compass and to worry more about what they are doing as individuals. If you see or hear someone bullying someone, or picking on a weaker person, smack them on the back of the -blam!-ing head. Even if it means getting your own ass kicked instead. Grow a -blam!-ing pair of balls.

Let's be real here. Knowing which situations to avoid is a matter of survival for him. This is a good life lesson.

Oh, he should avoid situations like this? Let's just let these guys be douchebags as a community? Not everything is avoidable. The two of you can accept your weaknesses and avoid the things that scare you. I think it's great this kids friends helped him through. And even better that he's not avoiding life.

It's a video game. These people are hidden behind the shroud of anonymity. There is absolutely no winning with them. If a person lacks the coping skills to brush it off, then they are in a no win situation. I understand your point, but it's a little idealistic and naive, don't you think?
