Iter Mantis gets out of his cell, taking a rifle from the soldier that let him out. He smirks, heading towards the hangar with hundreds of soldiers behind him.
"Today we end the Genesis filth! Today we reclaim our company!"
"OORAAAAAAAH!"
The rubble blocking the hallway bursts open, soldiers rushing up. They open fire.
Python returns fire, shoving the team into the gunship.
"GO! GO! GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE!"
The soldiers push further.

[spoiler]Everyone else, get on the gunship and get going[/spoiler]

He watches the missile get crushed. The soldiers keep pushing, line after line falling to the constant fire.

Slowly, they fall apart, losing soldier after soldier.

Suddenly, an alarm rings throughout the ship. "[b][u]SELF DESTRUCT SEQUENCE INITIATED[/u][/b]" Python looks at her, eyes blue and sad. "Babe, there's a Cryo pod right there. Go. I love you." He points behind her.

"No! I'm not leaving you!"

He kisses her. "Baby go, please."

"No... I can't..." [b]she holds on to his arm.[/b]

He holds her close and kisses her one more time. "I love you. Please, go."

[spoiler]PUSH HER IN ALREADY[/spoiler] [b]she doesn't let go of him.[/b]

[spoiler]MEH![/spoiler] He pulls her off and puts her in the Cryo pod. "[b][u]T-MINUS THIRTY SECONDS[/u][/b]" He closes the door and stares into her eyes afterwards. He mouths... "I love you."

"I... No... Wait... I love you... p... py..." [b]the cryo mechanism activates before she can even finish her phrase and the pod is ejected. Her twenty year voyage has begun as she closes her eyes, a single tear frozen on her cheek.[/b]
