I got a 290 Voidfang this morning then a 310 Hereafter on my 307 Warlock. Above 305 should drop 300 at the least but oh well.

Once you hit 300 or higher you only get a CHAMCE to get a 310 item

I understand that. It's just a little annoying to play the infuse game on an exotic you just got, only to have a 310 drop right after. Not a big deal, RNG is great.
