Not necessarily.... I've used as many as 15 in a row with zero exotic drops. But then used 5 more the next day and got three exotics in a couple hours.

Then maybe there is truth to the rumor that the RNG is partly assigned on each individual account. You get good RNG, while mine is good but maybe not as good as other's and not as bad as some others

I'm not the one assuming (you know what happens when you ass-u-me, right?) that I have the exact answer and calling others liars over their differing experience with a RNG rewards system. I didn't say I believed it, I said it might explain the vastly different experiences. Btw injecting insults into an otherwise civil discussion is a display of ignorance.
