It drops the hunter strike specific cloaks so, no, don't take it out. It you are losing the streak then 'you' are the one who's quitting out. The quitting is a problem in all maps though, it is not specific to this strike, it's generally because people are trying to farm the strike specific items, so they quit out when it's not the one they want to farm. The other strike types at least can be run at lvl 36 from the map to get their gear, so they don't have to do this.. unfortunately this one only has a lvl 22 version from the map.. so people need this to stay in the strike list to get those cloaks as i've not heard anyone attain one from the lvl 22.
