I think that Sunbreakers' Cauterize perk needs a cool down timer such as The Ram has. The overall blast radius of Hammer of Sol needs to be reduced. Movement speed should be reduced to give players a choice between tracking or Fleetfire. Golden Gun needs another buff to damage so that it can one-shot.
