He's talking Trials, not Strikes. I think he's over exaggerating the effectiveness of ToM is trials, but he still has a point. With the double dmg and infinite ammo, you can pick your gun battles more carefully in trials. It drops people pretty damn quick with that final round double dmg and isn't as much of a threat when fewer people are shooting back.
