Sorry I don't have a link or evidence of this glitch, but when I ran the raid the other night, my group killed the warpriest just as the occulus started, I mean bang on the last second of the damage buff and it transitions to the occulus being called, one player pegged a final shot onto the warpriest and he died. We then had a glitch where it said that the fight was finished and the portal was open, but if we walked out from the glyph's shadow, we would die, and then 5 seconds later we could respawn, only to die instantly from the occulus. To fix it, we had to go to orbit and then back into the raid, not a huge problem, just a bug I thought best to be brought to Bungies attention. Thanks :)
