A crowd member steps forward. "You bitch!" He calls out. "Why'd you stop our execution?" Alice turns and looks at him. "Because killing him makes you all as bad as the Guardian that killed other guardians." Alice looks at the crowd for a retort, but all she hears are murmurs. "It's better to lock him up than kill him." She says, then looks back at him. "We suffer in life, not in death. Why give him that honor?" A few of the crowd cheer at that. Alice grins.
