For the sake of balance. PvP can't give up balance for lore's sake.
Every single super can be killed my a high impact head shot.
HoS already one shots most other supers. It should go down to an accurate snipe.

Ok I can accept a head shot kill from a high impact snipe. It would have to be a real high impact rifle.
