For everyone complaining about raid loot!!!
The fact that some people in this game think that they should get a lot of good rewards for completing the raid a couple of times makes no sense to me. I have completed the raid a fair bit and i am sitting at a decent light level (around 308 or 309) with my best gear and I am not going to complain. I have put almost 13 hundred hours in this game i have played since day one and some drops have been good and some of them have been bad actually more of them have been bad because i got lucky in the beginning. My point is that just for completing a raid does not entitle you to good loot all that completing a raid entitles you to is a CHANCE for good loot. In fact you do not even need to complete the raid to get to max level really besides the class items you can just infuse exotics into any legendary stuff you find. People should be happy with the stuff they get in the first place because it can all be used for some purpose even if it is to level up a non raid gear legendary. So to all of the people complaining about their raid drops being bad and they are annoyed that they got worse stuff remember that the way the game is (and it will most likely stay this way) all you get for playing is a chance at loot EMPHASIS ON CHANCE.

Actually I think peoples complaints are less about bad things dropping and more about things not dropping at all. Ran the entire raid, start to finish, on my Titan and only got mouldy shards and a pair of gauntlets and handcannon that both dropped off of Oryx... An entire raid for 2 pieces of equipment. I infused the gauntlets (bad roll, my vanguard pairs perks were better, came to 302 after a 304 infuse) and just got lucky that the 307 HC dropped with the best roll that HC can get that I'm aware of (firefly with the rifled barrel option). IMO the bosses should all have a guaranteed equipment drop (4 for the bosses plus 1 extra for the shards on Oryx).

You can't hit max light without playing the raid. There's no exotic boot engrams so you can't get 310 boots, ghosts outside of the raid do not drop at 310 and neither do class items. The only 310 artifact you can get is from a quest that requires raid completion. Unless you know something I don't know, part of your statement is invalid.

You're right to a point. When using 20 shards that say you should get extra loot from said raid nets you 2 shards and no gear at all, something is broken. 2 for 20 makes said shard a lie. Idiot muted lol
