It dependa more on your individual accomplishments compared to your overall tested skill. It is different for everyone.

That depends... Regardless, I will put in a personal requisition with Amanda Holliday to get our custom ship frame, then have Eve Levante paint it to bear our colors. It could take some time, but an Executor's request is generally prioritized. I cannot promise when, but you should get it soon.
