Hey dipshit, ask yourself this question: how did we find out about the ghosts in the first place? Because someone found them! How did we find out the code for the SS fusion core? Because someone figured it out!
Don't you get it? We DID figure out these missions. Those people didnt "waste" their time. If it wasn't for them, you never would have found those ghosts, and never would have received your NTTE and Sleeper (assuming you have them). You say that those people wasted their time? They're the reason that so many of us were so prepared for these timegated missions! If nobody had ever bothered to do all of that exploring, none of us would even know that NTTE existed, yet.
So stop bitching, just because you didnt have everything in the game in just 1 week. Grow the fuk up and get over it. God forbid, Bungie left a couple of surprises for us that we couldnt get straight out the gate. Boo hoo. Quit your bitching!

It's not about ppl figuring shit out, its about bungie timegating items to make the game last longer...whether its being withheld or not ppl are still going to have to figure stuff out but the whole "its not in the game till we say so" thought process of bungie is bs plain and simple. We don't want everything in the game week one, we just wan't to be able to figure stuff out without having to wait on bungie to actually put it in the game instead of wasting our time trying to find something that isn't even available yet..

Well, make up your mind -do you want them available day-1, or do you want them to be released later on? You can't have both! People complained before that Exotics were too easy to get, and that people were collecting everything so easily. Bungie finds a way to stall this process and increase playtime a little bit, and you still complain. You're literally complaining about their solution to your last complaint -it's all full-circle. The timegate was there for two reasons: to prevent players from rushing through the game, like they did with HoW, and to give some dedicated players time to prepare. How many people were unprepared for Sleeper? How many people decided that the bonus boss on Paradox was "just a waste of time" and ignored it? If it was so pointless to hide the weapon behind a timegate and "force" players to wait, why do so few people have NTTE? It's almost like you people psyched yourselves out! IMO, what Bungie did was certainly justified, in every way. They gave us time to prepare, and time to try out some of the immediately-available exotics out there. Be honest, would you have ever tried half of these new exotics after finding that one "perfect" exotic for you? Would you have tried any other sniper rifle besides Spindle, if you'd had Spindle immediately available? (as an example, of course). They made us have a little patience, variety, and open-mindedness -is that really such a sin?

You still don't understand lmao just because I want the ability to no have things time gated doesn't mean I want them easy, honest explain to me how realising something at a later date and making ppl think it's already in game when its not males it hard? Exactly it doesn't, I'm totally down for a challenge and a grind, but timegating things has nothing to do with that. All that is, is them being too lazy to make difficult content.

Welcome to the MMO universe. Things get Timegated all the time. This isn't exactly a new tactic. And yet, MMOs still thrive, even when certain items are Timegated.

If they're going to waste time and timegate something at least make an effort, what's the point of holding something only to finally reveal it and bam.it takes a couple hours to complete lol completely pointless. That's what ppl want, more complex quests and storylines behind these timegate things, not something that can be done in a day And I still refuse to call this an mmo If the first M stands for medium then sure but massive? Hahaha no

Zero knowledge on wth you're talking about. Dude says nothing about the explorers at all. Strictly time oriented. Time gating wont extend this low content repetitive ass game. We will just stop playing until the next weapon is released or anything on one is found. Get on, do the prerequisites, then get back off until its released. Then get get back on, grab the weapon, power it up, use it, then get back off. Timegating changes nothing. Get off bungies jock along with the explorers that no one brought up, other than you for unknown reasons.

Again, how is that a slap? If they hadn't have done all of that exploring, they wouldnt have found the ghosts. If they hadn't have found the ghosts, they wouldn't have ever received the mission. It's BECAUSE of those people's exploration that we're even discovering this new timegated exotic. Face the fact: without the ghosts, you dont get the mission. If they hadnt have found all of the ghosts, then they never would have received the mission -and we would all still be stuck here wondering where the hell NTTE is.

They timegate things so that people like the OP dont go finishing the whole game in one week -like what happened with HoW. People finished HoW within the first week, then never came back.

Bungie makes a couple of teeny tiny tweaks to extend content playability, and now everybody loses their minds. Is it really such a horrible idea, to make people wait a little while, and possibly try out other weapons and gear first, before flooding them with more exotics than they know what to do with? At least with the timegates, we were given time to just kick back and test out other stuff -as well as prepare for the timegate to unlock. How few people were prepared for sleeper when it was unlocked? How few were prepared for NTTE? I helped six people on my FL yesterday with finding the ghosts, because they originally thought that finding those ghosts was a "waste of time" and now, they're hating me because I have NTTE and got to facefuk the Warpriest with it whenever my sniper ran out of ammo (24 bullets go away very quickly when you have the raid gloves equipped).

I agree with you 100%. Those people who do all of the exploring and hunting are the real MVP's. Without them, very few people would know about these exotics, and even fewer would have them.

Dipshits like you figured out you need pocket infinity to unlock SS. i do stop playing.. i play for a couple of hours a week to do raids with my crew and then i play other games... and it just sits in the back of my mind while i play other games "Why cant we just have something fun and extremely challenging to do in this game?"
