We got a broken product. It's like saying 'Well the contractors were having a bad day so lets forgive them for the house falling.' No. You would not accept that. We KNOW that it wasn't just mr bad bad activation. We KNOW that content was taken to be used as dlc. We KNOW bungie had bad management. A court of law proves that. Most people on these forums who are top rated all have very constructive things to say. They give reasons and facts behind their complaints. That's what customers do. You never worked in retail have you? You NEVER tell the customer to leave. You bs and tell them 'we'll try better' but when enough people say we've had enough. As a company you have to listen. So no, people won't leave. They invested $100 into this game, a lie. If you bough a book that had pages missing, you would return it.
I don't feel bad for them. They made some bad calls. They made mistakes. Stuff happens, I get it. They rarely open up to it though. They are not honest, more people are opening their eyes now. The hardest form of flattery to take is criticism. While 'f this and f that' are not constructive, there are plenty, if not the majority of post like this. People who spent their hard earned money and felt jiped. So no, they won't quit. The good they gave us was OK at best. The only reason TTK was good, was because we had crap before. A polished turd, is still a turd.
