If you thinking the fundamental mechanics behind Destiny, RNG loot/Gearscore/Classes with skill trees, isnt a MMO then you dont know what a MMO is, in context of what people mean when they call a game a MMO.

  • MMO simplely means Massive Multiplayer Online. Any online game can be considered a MMO. -blam!-in' CoD is a MMO by definition.

  • If you read my post I said how it applies in context. Out of context yes every online game is a MMO. But the term is used to describe specifice systems and mechanics, such as RNG loot, strikes/dungeons, Raids, classes and skill trees, and a requirement of having others to complete some content.
