Fire a Gally shot for my dog, Gali, Guardians
Gali, our family dog, passed away this evening. She was with my family through a lot of hard times. I grew up with her, and it's extremely difficult to grasp the concept that she is now gone. I still remember the nights when I'd carry her up my ladder and into my loft as a kid..
After everything we've been through, she's the first to go- and it's hard for all of us to accept that. She was 11 1/2 years old, and was barely hanging on. She had a basketball-sized tumor in her stomach and it was growing rapidly... She left us today at home, in her bed, surrounded by her loving family.
So if you have the time, take to Earth, Mars, Venus, Luna, or even The Dreadnought, and fire a Gally shot for my pup, Gali.
She was a German Shepard, and a great one. I'll be wearing the Wolfswood Bond for a long time.

[b]Update:[/b] [i]The sympathy, love, and all around compassion you Guardians have all shown today has been both heartwarming and overwhelming. It's times like this when I remember that even though we can be a rowdy community, if there's one thing we know how to do, it's help each other, to be caring, and there for each other. The fact that none of you know me, but have the hearts to sympathize with my family and I on such a deep level is incredible, and I will never be able to express in words how much I appreciate that, and how thankful I am to be a part of this gaming community. You're like a second family to me, truthfully.
Lots of kind words tonight, I'm feeling a lot better, and am going to try and get some rest for the night. Keep doing what you do best, Guardians.[/i]

My rockets have traveled into the sky in a seemingly endless journey before they exploded. Sending small Wolfpack rounds into the air... Some people think of pets as just animals and would say things like,"why the heck would someone be so upset? It's just an animal." Well, it is true they are animals but even an animal can be family. Dogs are filled with loyalty and love to their owners if they are treated right and can honestly be a better friend than another human sometimes... Though she might not be with you in person, she will always be with you in your memories and in your heart.

I'm 45 years old and got my 1st ever pet dog "Fudge" just over a year ago. He is a complete nutter of a cocker spaniel and I love him to bits. I feel your pain guardian, if anything ever happened to him I would be devestated. I have a Gally, and will dedicate a salvo to Gali's honor as soon as I'm on the battlefield.

Im very sorry for your loss. Animals dying kills me. I've only lost 2 dogs to old age and I cried the whole day. It's hard to lose a best friend you know? Hope you doggy rests in peace

I didn't know she would be gone until I got back from school, since she was put down when I was at school. I still tear up a little whenever I think about her...

She was just old, but she hadn't really been all that happy since her buddy, my other dog, Teddy, died a few years before. He was a Chow, and he had the same problems Gali had--both because of age, and I think he did just start getting sick, too. I'm not sure what to tell you. It's hard to lose an animal. Such a good friend, a longtime friend, a loyal friend, gone. But certainly not forgotten. Our new dog, Nala, is a German Shepherd, and she's got the spirit of Pebbles and the floofiness of Teddy. Seeing your post, and having her sitting next to me chewing on a water bottle, I leaned over and rested my head on her floof. I gave her a hug, booted up Destiny, and went to fire off a few shots for you and yours. Good luck, Jordan. Thanks for sharing this. I'm sad for you, but knowing my dog(s), I know you'll begin to remember the joy you and Gali shared someday. Bittersweetly, but without a doubt. Anyway, I'm talking talking talking. Best, John

We found out that he has one of his balls in his pelvis, and if it was left unnoticed, it would of been cancerous. I unfortunately do not have a Gally, but would a Truth be good enough? It's the only one I can get my hands on. EDIT: I will slay the enemies of the darkness until your dog smiles down from heaven, eating steak and playing with God with a frisbee, with my new cockatiel on my shoulder helping me.

Our "pets" become part of our family and losing them is tough after spending so many years with them. My wife and I have 3 dogs, a pitbull, a german shepard and a basset hound. They are aging and it will destroy me when they go. I feel your pain guardian and wish you and your family the best in this tough time.

German Shepards are the best I grew up with one and will never forget that dog. She had to be put down at 14 due to her hip giving up.

Sleep well Gali. I really feel for you, I know the pain of losing a beloved pet. They become part of the family, and having to say goodbye is one of the hardest things to have to do. Try to take comfort in knowing you gave her a lifetime of love and happiness and those memories will always be with you.

I'll be dusting off my gally for you as soon as I get on. My sympathies to you and your family. I know what it's like to lose a four legged friend that's been by your side for years. I miss my dog dearly and none will ever replace him. Stay strong man.
