Fire a Gally shot for my dog, Gali, Guardians
Gali, our family dog, passed away this evening. She was with my family through a lot of hard times. I grew up with her, and it's extremely difficult to grasp the concept that she is now gone. I still remember the nights when I'd carry her up my ladder and into my loft as a kid..
After everything we've been through, she's the first to go- and it's hard for all of us to accept that. She was 11 1/2 years old, and was barely hanging on. She had a basketball-sized tumor in her stomach and it was growing rapidly... She left us today at home, in her bed, surrounded by her loving family.
So if you have the time, take to Earth, Mars, Venus, Luna, or even The Dreadnought, and fire a Gally shot for my pup, Gali.
She was a German Shepard, and a great one. I'll be wearing the Wolfswood Bond for a long time.

[b]Update:[/b] [i]The sympathy, love, and all around compassion you Guardians have all shown today has been both heartwarming and overwhelming. It's times like this when I remember that even though we can be a rowdy community, if there's one thing we know how to do, it's help each other, to be caring, and there for each other. The fact that none of you know me, but have the hearts to sympathize with my family and I on such a deep level is incredible, and I will never be able to express in words how much I appreciate that, and how thankful I am to be a part of this gaming community. You're like a second family to me, truthfully.
Lots of kind words tonight, I'm feeling a lot better, and am going to try and get some rest for the night. Keep doing what you do best, Guardians.[/i]

I feel your pain, I lost my companion this past February. I had more love for my dog than I do most people. Take peace in knowing you gave him a good life. God willing, we'll see our pets again.

Mom called him and asked him to take the dogs outside. Mother-blam!-er chained her up away from water and shade in the middle of the hottest day of that year and just left to go get high. Before that I lost a cat because my mother thought she was "too annoying" to keep in the house. Dog before that was snatched away by the neighbors that were moving because of the same reason. One before that froze to death for the same reason. What kind of respects did my pets get? -blam!-ing nothing. I was just left with depression only to get sucked back in by another pet we get later, which is eventually killed again to start the cycle over. [b]Edit[/b]: Did I strike a few nerves? So many self righteous people acting like they are better than me, then turn around and wish death upon me. LOL. You guys are a special kind of breed.

Its rough when you lose a family pet. And i feel sorry for the people who have made negative comments in here, because they have very obviously never had a pet that they have loved. Which is very sad. You however, have experienced the unconditional love and effection of mans best friend. I once saw a goofy tshirt that said "be the person your dog thinks you are" which sums them up perfectly. Full of love and life, thinking the best of everyone. Gali maybe gone, but you will never forget the time you spent together and the precious memories you shared. Hold onto that. Those painful memories will soon turn into shining examples of your time together. All the best, guardian.

I feel your pain and my heart goes out to you. Animals, dogs in particular, are more than just pets. They are our furry family. Treat them as such and you'll never have a better companion. I can only hope that you find solace in knowing that Gali no longer hurts. She'll always be with you. *salutes*

I'm sending 1 Gally on each patrol site. Followed by a Lance Nova Bomb. I'm sorry for your loss. I lost both mine at 14 and 15. They were labs and lived much longer than other dogs of that size. I grew up next to those loyal companions and I will always love them. I'm going to grab a few friends and try for a 21 gun salute. Black Spindles. I'll send a video when it happens
