Simply moving on doesn't get back our content or money, though. At the end of the day, so long as they have our money, they don't care. Moving on is tantamount to conceding to these assholes and letting them keep what belongs to us. It lets them win, and if they are allowed to think they've won, they'll never change their tune. Have to hammer them with negativity surrounding their approach to us and their product.
