He remembers very little from before the collapse other than he was in the american military and that he had two childhood friends who joined and died with him during the collapse. He usually go's on mission's alone in fear he'll just drag them down. During one of his patrol's in America he came across a fallen house. He managed to communicate with the house and found out that they're name was The House of Snakes an that they don't fight humans. After awhile he challenged the houses Kell, Zakes to a duel in which the prize was who would become or stay as Kell. After defeating Zakes The loner was placed as Kell and began to command the house. With all the scars and memory he has, he fights on in order to find peace within his mind.
