I could care less about titans not having blink if they can continue to skip with their better control jump. That jump makes them the fastest class in the game.

Skipping trumps bladedancers speed since you don't have to wait for a cool down for blink. You can skip back to back

It's called skating, and it's terribly floaty and can't be done in most confined spaces.
