It was sarcasm. I don't care for a game trying to make it seem like there is a lot of content by drawing out release of that content. The best games I have played have had everything released the day you buy it and the developer releases more content later, and all of that content. What bungie is doing is trying to make it seem like their game had a lot of content or more depth then it really has.
