I got my Arc Flare from Nightfall along with Chest of Alpha Lupi. I wanted Solar or Void, but hey, you get what you get.

After countless atempts to get the void with my hunter I got the arc today playing nightfall with my warlock -.- Then I play with my titan, we kill the void one last and he drops a legendary....tread upon stars....noooooooooo

The cloak you get is from the last one you killed. So if you want the void you have to leave the void guy last and so on.
