Cannot agree enough about Jones not wanting a linear story, and yet we still got a linear non-story. Way to completely -blam!- up the entire vision of the game and still fail, dumb-dumbs.

Yeah, I mean hell, they could have kept everything that Joe and his team made and then ADDED ONTO IT with something that Jones wanted. Not scrap all that work, that was a HUGE waste of time and effort.

Exactly. Surely there was a way to modify the existing story to make Jones happy without scrapping the whole damn thing. I don't know why it had to be an all or nothing thing. Seems to me it would have been easier to MAKE CHANGES instead of chopping it up and cobbling it back together incoherently.
