This depends on your definition of 'Good' and 'Evil' we are not good, we're quite close to being Evil. Lets look at how to get NTTE, the last step is the Blood in the Garden mission where you must kill The Groundskeeper. To find him you must pratically slaughter the Vex [i]that aren't even attacking you[/i] until you literally anger the Groundskeeper into showing up to which you [i]murder[/i] it. Why have we never strived for peace with any of the enemy factions or develop peaceful relations with them?

Have you fought the Vex at any time other than that mission? Try give 'em a hug for me when you see them next. I'm sure they'll be happy to oblige.
