That's a really stupid way to equate value. Value is what you get for your money, and for his money with vanilla destiny he got 22 missions, 6 strikes and 4 areas plus whatever pvp there was. For the same amount, probably less, witcher gave you a story 200 hours long and the huge amount of extra missions. Gta had a story about 30 hours plus extras. Now, you can play all three over and over but that extra time is something you put into and got out of the game. It wasn't put in by the makers of the games, only the option to was. They do not describe their length as being infinite. So for actual value it's always the one with the most content in it, on the disc, not your willingness to play the same small amount over and over either to hoard virtual items in case you need then them at some point in the future or just to hope you get something you don't have.
You can equate value with how much fun you have with it for the money but that's subjective. Trying to tie a monetary amount to actual time via the OPTION of replaying and spending time on something isn't. Not everything is and should be broken down into a pay by hour scheme.
