Rasputin injured the traveller so it could not leave. What kind of supreme being brings a shitload of darkness to a world and then tries to leave it to defend its self against such a ruthless race?

Possibly out dated. New theories from ttk grim suggest he didn't pull the trigger. He was ready but traveller didn't go to leave
