Yeah that doesn't say you are no longer enslaved by the cabal. It says you are no longer enslaved. And then goes on to say that their mind is their weapon. Maybe don't take stuff out of context. Also re read what the psion grimoire card says.

Psions are smaller than all other Cabal morphs, [b]and may be an unrelated species[/b]. Hyper-intelligent, fast and unpredictable, they possess strong psionic capabilities - including the ability to emit disorienting and deadly psychokinetic Arc blasts. I know it says maybe, but its still there.
