Any of the above. The last one to die is the cloak that will have a chance to drop. It's just fairly rare. Have been playing a lot in the strike playlists since TTK came out and just got one to drop on Friday. Of course, Sunday two of the arc ones dropped as well. Now just gimme that Taniks cloak and some of the warlock gear and I'll be happy.
